Sync Desktop & Laptop without Exchange

hi everyone,

i like to sync my outlook between desktop and laptop without exchange
server.

i usually travel a lot with my laptop and when ever i come back i use my
desktop so i like to transfer all my outlook contact, calander, notes, etc
to my desktop outlook.

is it possiable?

any suggestation are welcome.
