need help to sync with desktop and laptop

Hi everyone,

I like to sync my outlook between desktop and laptop without exchange
server.

I usually travel a lot with my laptop and when ever I come back I use my
desktop so I like to transfer all my outlook contact, calander, notes, etc
to my desktop outlook.

Is it possible?

Any suggestions are welcome.
