Symbols not desired from Keyboard entry

I have begun to get incorrect symbols from my keyboard when I use Shift+?,
Shift " and Shift+/ when writing in MS Outlook 2003. Any suggestions for how
to correct this situation?
 
Howdy:
My guess is that your input language or keyboard layout have somehow changed
from your original selection.
Check Control Panel and see what input language and keyboard layouts are
selected.
