Keys have changed

Somehow my keyboard seems to have changed the shift + 2 key to " instead of
@, the shift + " key to @ instead of " and the shift + 3 key to £ instead of
the modern "pound" symbol (which I cannot find anywhere on my keyboard now.

Any suggestions?
