SYMBOLS!!! Everywhere

I just restarted this thing and everything is being
displayed in some sort of "SYMBOL" type character set.
Is there some way to reset the display options from the
CMD screen? If so, what file would I need to look in to
reset windows to display in English? Thanks.
 
Are you seeing the symbols prior to Windows starting (POST info screens), or
after it loads? If it is before, you may need to reseat your video card.
If it is just in Windows, let the group know.
