Switching users

I am using Vista Business. When I am at work my user name is workdomain
\workusername. At home my user name is computername\homeusername. The
problem is that say when I powerup I get only one user icon (the last
one that was used) plus the "Other User" icon.

Is there a way of displaying both user name icons at startup?
 
Click 'Switch User' on the Account screen and both accounts should appear on
the screen.
 
Doesn't help. If you shut down only one of the icons comes up when you
power up again.
