switching user problem

When I switch from one user to my account, the computer
gets stuck opening multiple copies of admilliserv.exe. I
usually am forced to turn off the computer and start
over. What is this program? How do I fix this? Thanks
 
You have a spyware infestation. I would suggest a visit to my Web site -
http://rgharper.mvps.org/cleanit.htm - and check the sections on using
HijackThis to get expert help in cleaning it up. Apparently most
adware/spyware scanners don't clean it properly.
