Switching panes to Over/Under

With the new Outlook 2003 the mail panes are displayed verticly Left/Right.
How do I switch back to Over/Under (Horizontal panes)? Where do I find the
place to switch back to the old way?

I finally found it under "Other Settings" when I right clicked in the Inbox.

Are you talking about the Reading Pane appearing to the right of the Message
List? Click View>Reading Pane>Bottom
