Switching Identy option no longer appears under "file" Why not?

Before I installed Microsoft Office, I used to switch easily between 2 email
accounts. I just clicked on "file" and then clicked on "switch identity."
Now...that option is gone. Where is it? Thanks.
 
OL and OE are two completely different progs.
OL doesnt use identities, OE does
