Switching Identities in Outlook Express

Why can't I switch identities in Outlook Express? When I try to do that, Outlook Express closes and I have to restart WindowsXP Professional in order to open Outlook Express again. Is there a bug in it?

There is indeed a bug in Q331923 which you have installed.
