Switching Computers

The database I have created using Access 2002 works perfectly fine on the
computer I created it on. It is password protected with the user names and
groups, but when I try to use it on another computer it does not ask me for a
username or password.

Also, I use pages, html files, to display information, and it gives me an
error message saying "Data provider could not be initialized" and then "Disk
or Network Error"

When you did your security, did you create a separate .mdw file for the
security on this database and save it in the same folder as the database?
If you did not, the computer is still using the default System.mdw. It
sounds like your System.mdw does not have any security settings saved which
means all users get straight in with no password challenge.

That could be the problem. How would I go about saving the security settings
then?

Also note that I am using user and group accounts to control access to the
database.
