Switching between users

All of a sudden I can't switch between users using (windows + L) keys or with
fast switching. I haven't changed any settings on my computer and it has
always
previously worked> I have to log off completely, before I can switch. Help
please!

Just check if Fast user is checked or not in user accounts.

When you use Fast User Switching the information from the inactive
user(s) is rolled out the page file. Did you perhaps change the page
file settings? It may no longer be large enough to hold this data.
