switching accounts to view email

How can I switch email accounts to view my downloaded
email? In Outlook Express, all one had to do was switch
identities from the File menu. How does one do it with
Microsoft Outlook?
 
You would need to restart Outlook and select the alternate profile

With multiple accounts in a single profile, Outlook will download them all.
