Hello,

I have created a switchboard and it works great....except when I select an
option on the switchboard, the switchboard doesn't go away. For example, I
have a button for specific reports. I select that button on the switchboard
and it opens the report, but the switchboard is smack dab in the middle of
it. Is there a way to tell the switchboard to go to the background?

Keep in mind I'm definitely a newbie in Access!

Thanks for your help.

Open the form in design view, right click, and select properties.
Check the Pop Up & Modal properties -- they need to be set to No.

Karl,

I would have NEVER guessed the design view!! Thank you! You're my hero!
