Hello,
I now have 2 email accounts, and want to continue to use Outlook to retrieve
and send messages.
I know there is a way to switch users, but how do I do it?

I have set up a user profile within the "mail" folder on the control panel
and have configured the properties for myself, using the two different email
address.

Onces inside Outlook - how do i switch users? Without having to exit out of
outlook and then reload it up again. There surely must be a way to do it
within the program itself?

Two different email address - under the same name - but how do i access both
accounts and check for messages and send messages from either account, within
outlook itself. Without having to exit out and re-load outlook again?
So when i send a message, I want the address to be from 1 email and when I
receive messages to be from that same email. Vise Versa for the other email
address; ie. under a different account - but I want to have two outlooks -
within the same program, and then switch between the two.
How do I do this???

Hope this makes sense. Ths is a URGENT request.
Thank you. (e-mail address removed)

running OL2003

I have 3 POPs accounts using different email addresses,
A, B and C

set the default to A
and when I create a new message , A is always the default. Before sending the
message I can send using either B or C

I create subfolders in my Inbox and use rules to forward incoming mail to the
respective folders, named A, B and C

Ok thanks - but how does one do this?
And what rules do I set?

Is there any other ways to switch users?
So if you have 2 email address A+B. How does it configure that when you send
a message, you only sent it from B...or A.

New

type your message

click Accounts
drop down arrow
select which account you want to use to send the message

You can't - you have to close Outlook and then re-open it in the new
profile. Outlook Profiles are not the same as OE identities.

Define each account in your mail profile. Exactly how is Outlook version
dependent and you didn't think that information was important enough to
state. When you want to send via one account, choose it with the Accounts
button. When you want to send by the other, choose that one. When you want
to receive with a specific account, click Tools>Send/Receive and choose the
one to receive.
