SwissKnife a fully windows program used to create/format partitions in
your hard drive. Supports IDE interfaces in Internal, external like
parallel, PCMCIA,USB,firewire. Supports creating FAT16,FAT32 and NTFS
partitions for the fixed and removable Disks.

Runs under Windows. Apart from supporting 9x, in what way is this program
better than Disk Management?

Are you referring to WinXP Disk Management?

XP, 2000, and probably 2003 and Longhorn as well. I also believe NT 4 had
something similar, but I'm not quite sure.
