Swflash.ocx

Hi

I keep getting a pop-up box that has the following error
message:-

"Error

Could not find the file "swflash.ocx"

The error icon is a small red box with a black swirl.

Can anyone advose me how to fix this?

Try re-installing Macromedia Flash Player:
