svchost exe

May somebody help me, at times when I log into the
internet, this dialogue comes up and does not allow me to
copy from internet files, but only on notepad

With reference to the svhost.exe I would recommend you do a virus scan and do a windows update and download all the patches relevant to your computer reboot
