"svchost.exe - application error" help

Error comes up usually when I power down:

svchost.exe - application error the instruction at "0x745f2780" reference
memory at "0x00000000". the memory could not be read

This is on a brand new Dell laptop. Can anyone help?

It will be helpful if you include in your next message your OS Version and
IE Version, other softwares like Anti-virus, antispywares installed, did you
install a new Hardware/Software recently, for anyone reading your Post, to be
able to give you Precise or Right troublshooting Procedure otherwise all will
be a guess.
Is this Happend after New updates?.
