svchost.exe always downloading from internet

Please help me!
I have Internet over PPPoE protocol on LAN. When I don't touch my computer,
svchost.exe process always downloads something from the Internet. I pay on
traffic for Internet and this is unacceptability for me. Please tell me what
to do?
