Suspicious Folder

I have a folder named Local Disk (C) on my desktop/ In the
folder are two items; Autoexec and Config. Does this
folder belong on the desktop? Shouldn't it be located in
another directory? It is not a shortcut folder.

when in doubt, rename the file/folder. If the system goes whoopsy then boot
into safe mode and rename it back again. If system continues to function
correctly for a non-specified period of time, move the folder elsewhere. If
all is well then zip it up and stash it away..
