Suspicious Application

Whenever i connect to the net i notice that after awhile,
a application call 12345_up.exe runs which is quite
memory intensive.the numbers are random.it won't stop by
itself even after DC. I need to stop it manually. It
stores itself in the sys32 folder. Can anyone help me
with this???
