Suspected spyware report

I am trying to submit a suspected spyware report but
every time I click on submit report I get an error
message saying I need to check my internet proxy
connections but there is nothing wrong with my
connections,otherwise you wouldnt be reading this.

Thanks for the report--for some users--myself, for example, this error
appears only occasionally and transiently. For others, it is instant and
constant. I don't have a workaround to offer you, I'm afraid--I believe
this is a bug, and not an issue with your network.
