SUS not updating clients

I have a Win2k Domain running AD. I have a SUS Server, that appears to be
doing everything it needs to do ( Downloads updates daily, allows me to
approve them, can accesws the admin page remotely by browser, et.etc). I
have enabled the following settings in the "Default Domain Policy" (Under
CompConfig/Admin Temp/WinComp/Win Updates)
1) Configure Automatic Updates -enabled
2) Specify Intranet update service loc. - enabled ( Pointing to
http://susserver)
3) Reschedule Auto Update Sched. Installs - enabled
4) No auto restart - enabled

When I look at the clients, the Auto Updates config page is all greyed out
( guessing the domain policy is obviously working) but none of the clients
actually update. I have gone through the deployment guide with a fine tooth
comb, comparing config examples and all the rest, with no help. Does anyone
have any ideas?? Any help is greatly appreciated

PS. The clients event logs the following error::
