SUS - internal Update Server

I have setting up a internal windos Update Server.

WindowsUpdateService need "local admin rights".
But only domain-admin have local rights.
Normal Users have no local admin rights.

When a domainadmin is logged on, the trayicon appears ...

i have tryed to change to run the local WindowsUpdateService
with "Domain\DomainAdmin" - account - but this will not work.
