SUS clients not pulling updates

I have a W2K DC running SUS and clients are not getting the updates.
I checked my log files and nothing is showing up in respect to the
user machines that I am looking at. In the server options on the
SUSADMIN website I entered servername.mydomain.com as the info in the
server section. In the GPO I entered http://servername.mydomain.com
as the server that will be used to update client machines. What else?
I also noticed that at client machines that when I try to access
http://myserver/content I get a you do not have permission to access
this page. Besides that, life is grand. I hope I've given enough
info for someone to help me on this.

Thanks,
John Marta

When you look at the Autmatic Updates program on the clients are all the
options greyed out? If not your GPO is not working correctly.

Yes it is being grayed out, but looking at the local windows update
log, it is trying to pull updates from the microsoft windows update
website. Also, should there we registry keys in respect to the local
susadmin server?

Thanks,

If your options are greyed out... IIS may not be setup correctly.
Make sure that the SUS site is accessible to clients and that the
computer accounts have the correct permissions to access the updates.
