SUS ADMIN and Active Directory

I have a W2K DC running the SUSADMIN. I downloaded all the updates.
I tried to import the wuau.adm administrative template into AD, but it
isn't showing up in the GPO I created. I added it just as the
documentation suggests. Any help would be great.

I haven't tried that template but is there any chance it is
Win2003 (or upgraded AdPrep /forestprep or /domainprep)
specific?

SUS didn't even SHIP with Win2003 so there might be some
dependencies there.
