I vote they fix Windows Mail first.
 
Turn off alert as well, so the question is - what's the purpose of its
existence in the first place?

Careless users still click Yes before reading anything and it just let them
clicks more Continue, and cautious and informed users will eventually turn
it off relying on their good habits and security software/hardware
protection.
