Surround Sound Speaker Systems Desktop

I have a Dell Dimension 8400 that came with a Home Theater Speaker System.
It is not working. Only playing through the front two speakers. What
settings do I put it on to get sound from all the speakers?

I'm running Windows XP Home Edition.

Start>Control Panel>Sounds and Audio Devices>under Speaker Settings>
click Advance button>Speaker Setup>select your speaker system>Apply>OK out.

Thanks for the tip. I had already tried that. I have selected several
different speaker settings and still no sound out of the back speakers.
