surferbar problem

Hi All!

I have problem with the surferbar.com because it took over
my Internet Explorer's default homepage and can't get rid
of it. I had the same problem with Xupiter.com but this is
far more aggressive... I have tried everything and cold
boot, registry and still can't figure out how its
controlling the IE. Please advise ... any help is greatly
appreciated...
