Suppressing URL that prints at bottom of page

I offer html documents on my website. They are formatted to look a certain
way, but when they are printed, the URL prints at the bottom of the page
(So does Page 1 of 4 in the top right). This spoints the looks of the
printed page. How do I code the page so that when it prints, the URL (and
"Page 1 of 4") will not be printed?

This is control by the browser's printing dialog.
