Yes it can, but it takes a couple of simple steps. What you do is to insert
a Section Break between the pages, place your cursor on the new page
(Section), click "View", "Header and Footers", unclick the "Same as
Previous" icon on the toolbar, and delete the Header or Footer. Insert a
new Section Break to the next page, then unclick the "Same as previous", go
back two sections and copy and paste the Header info.
