WHEN I RUNNIN MY COMPUTER IN INTERNET I GOT A MESSEGE
SAYING:

INTERNET EXPLORERHAS ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM AND NEDS TO
CLOSE. WE ARE SORRY FOR THE INCONVINIENCE.
IF YOU WERE IN THE MIDDLE OF SOMTHING THE INFORMATION
YOU WERE WORKING ON MIGHT BE LOST.

PLEASE TELL MICROSOFT ABOUT THIS PROBLEM.

PLEASE TELL MICROSOFT ABOUT THIS PROBLEM.

1) Lose the caps. It's considered yelling, is incredibly rude and makes
your posts very hard to read.

2) That isn't an error - it's a generic message. You would need to click
the 'more details' button to see the file giving the problem - or you could
view the error log (Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Event
Viewer > System Log). If you cannot interpret that information, post it here
and someone will be able to assist you.
