Hello i send a e-mail to a company called sold out.

They send me this e-mail to help me with a game

Please send us your DxDiag.txt file so we may see your system
specifications in more detail to try and help us solve the problem, this
can be done in the following way...

1. Click the Start button

2. Click Run

3. Type in dxdiag

4. Click the OK button

5. Click the Save All Information button

6. Save the file to your Desktop

7. Attach the saved file to your email when you reply.

I don't really understand your question, but yes if they ask for the DXDiag.txt file then just attach it to an e-mail?

Which game is it you are trying to get working? You may have some luck by right clicking on the game shortcut, going to properties and then picking some Win98 compatibility settings.
