Support DirectX on Pocket PC, Smart Phone, PDA ...

True native support is only available on a select few Dell Axim's I was
told at the DevCon in Nice two weeks back. I don't have a list with the
exact model numbers.

All Windows Mobile 5.0 devices support DirectDraw, Direct3D and DirectShow.
Hardware acceleration is not available in all devices but is becoming
increasingly available.

One thing i forgot to mention. Only Direct3D has a managed interface
currently. DirectDraw and DirectShow are native only.
