Support communication issue

It seems like when opening a support request to Microsoft, after the
acknowldgement email, the subsequent communications do not allow "reply" to
the engineer. I recently opened one, and replied 5 times, 3 of those by copy
and paste to the email listed. I keep getting the "I have not heard from
you" message, and a replay of the steps that did not fix the problem. I
ended up doing a lot of searching and found a fix here in the newsgroups.

I would just like to have this acknowledged by the support department, so
that future requests from those not as patient, may seem to be answered or
acknowledged better.
