Supervisor password

I found out my 16 year old brother has been using my computer to look at
thing on-line that he should not be. I wanted to change his settings on the
Internet Option in Control Panel. When I went to Setting on the Content tab,
it asked for a Supervisor password. I tried booting in safe mode and
changing my admin password but that did not change this one....Please help!!!!

You can find a step by step on how to remove the password at

This involved registry editing.

Once you wipe it you can change the ratings settings and then put a new
password in.
