Sum only if [customer id]=

Hello

I have a form that sums the total [Balance Due] for all records which
works fine. However i want a seperate total at the bottom which just
totals records from one of the customers ( [Customer ID] field). Can
anyone give me any pointers on how to get this to work please? I have
tried using IIF but it is not working!

Try using a sub form which is filtered to show only the
Customer you want and sub total those on that sub form.

How are you setting the [Customer ID] you want to summarise?

Hello

I need it to be on the same form as the entire records - It is
basically a special customer that i want a seperate balance for on the
same form.

Any other ideas?!
