Sum formula?

Hello, I am currently using word 2000 to make a quote sheet for my work.
What im trying to do is have the individual prices in a row of our product
add up at the bottom. Its easy in excel, but in word i don't know the
formula's or anything.

If attachments are available on this forum, ill gladly post it.

Please Help.

If you are using a table, select each bottom row cell individually and click
 
However, if I remember Word 2000 correctly, you cannot have any blank cells
in the column. Fill any blank cells with a zero. Word will only sum up to
the first empty cell and will ignore anything above it.
