Suggestions Failed

MY real time protection has one of three active and it
want let me activate them when i try to view blocked
events i only get the hour glass . I cant access system
explorers when i try all i see is the help section to the
right and the pain to the left is blank I have
reinstalled and been to

I suspect that what you are seeing is a software conflict, perhaps with a
component of Norton Systemworks 2004.

I don't have any workaround to recommend to you, I'm afraid--except to try
further builds as they are made available.

Microsoft is actively investigating software compatibility issues, including
those with Norton products.
