Microsoft Antispyware not working

Microsoft antispyware keeps telling me I have spyware on
my computer but it's not removing it from my computer. The
following id the error message I receive. When I click on
more information, I don't get anything.Please tell me what
it means and how I can correct this issue? Thanks.

I followed your instructions. I ran MSASPW in safe mode
and nothing changed. MSASW continues to say that I have
a ,"Possible Browser Hijack Browser Modifier more
information..." whenever I run the program. When I click
on more information the software goes blank. This is the
error message;
