Suggest Names while completing to, Cc. and Bcc fields

I had to reinstall outlook 2003 on a new laptop, but now when i write a new
email and type in 1st letter of person i want to send to there are no
sugestions ( Unless I type it in and go back later and send another email to
the same person) I do have the box checked under advanced email options to
suggest names... any ideas anyone (e-mail address removed)

You answered your own question: It's a new laptop. Therefore, there is no autocomplete list yet. Outlook will build one from the recipients you add to outgoing messages.
