Suggest Names not working

Upgraded a client's Outlook (not sure the version) to OL 2003. Client
said Suggest Names not working. Deleted NK2 file per posts here on MS
KB. Still doesn't work. Client said, "Oh...it didn't work before
upgrade either!"

Deleting the NK2 file won't work. Creating a new profile will. While you're
at it, make sure the feature is enabled.

Ok, I see how to creat a new profile, but not being an Outlook
weenie, do I need to Export all the mail folders and contacts? If so,
that looks a bit tedious cause it appears that each id done
separately? Or...?

No. All you need to do is configure this new profile to use the same mail
transport and same Outlook data file. That's all there is to it. Just make
sure that the profile has a different name than the one you are using now.
Do not copy the old profile to the new one.
