Suggest a PCI card with USB capability

Would very much appreciate suggestions for specific PCI card with USB
capability.

Also, do these usually come with required cable and CD with drivers?

Are there other things I should know or consider?

Running XP SP2.

Hi,

I have a StarTech PCI220USB and it works great in XP and W2K3 server. It
comes with the drivers but no cables, but I suggest you always download the
latest drivers from the manufacturer's web site.
