Suddenly I have menus on the left side of my folders??!

I was checking out folder permissions under the Security tab, clicked
something, and now have three drop down menus on the left side of my
folders - File and Folder Tasks, Other Places, and Details. What did I turn
on? How do I make them go away?

Go to Control Panel and double click Folder Options.
On the General page under Tasks select "Use Windows classic
folder".
Click OK.
