Sudden new behavior opening a new spreadsheet

I am running Execl 2002 SP2. It has suddenly started
opening new sheets in mirror arrangement (Column A on the
right and all scrolling controls reversed). What
happened. How can I get Excell to open "properly"?
 
Hi
goto Tools - Options - International and change the
orientation back to normal
