Subwebs wont publish

My subwebs will no longer publish and give the message "You do not have
permission to do this operation".
I believe my ISP has recently upgraded or re-installed FP extensions.
I have also recently upgraded W2K to XP and from FP2000 to FP2003.

Any suggestions?

If you are publishing them via your main web and checking the box for "Include subweb" or whatever that box is... You can try just opening up the subweb itself and publishing it by itself. Just be sure to set the Publish To location to www.yoursite.com/subweb_nam
