You can put a shortcut to this command into Startup folder -- either in
\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
folder so this command will work for all the users, or in
\Documents and Settings\<your_name>\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
folder -- then it will work only when you log in your account.
