Subscript/superscript sizes

Using Office 2003. How can you make the subscripts and superscripts larger
that they currently are, relative to the original font size? I know I can
change the size of the font in the dialogue box when I make text superscript
or subscript. But I keep a shortcut on the toolbar for both, so I just click
to turn them on or off. I want to set them to be a larger percent of the font
size than they currently are no matter what the font size is I'm using.

There is no way to do this other than by changing the font size.
