Submitting a Spyware Installer?

I have an .exe on my machine that installs a bunch of
spyware. Downloaded it from a somewhat shady website.
MS Antispyware doesn't detect it as being a problem.
When it installs, not only does MS Antispyware detect the
installed spyware, it has trouble removing it. So, I
think it would be useful to submit this file for your
research. How do I do that?

Tools > Suspected Spyware Report. Have you tried scanning and removing in
safemode?

There's no method, at present, to submit binaries, I'm afraid.

You might want to submit it at Virustotal:

http://www.virustotal.com/flash/index_en.html

(browse window in upper right)

This'll get you a reading about whether the antivirus vendors are watching
for this one, anyway.

I saw no option in that to submit just a single file. This
option lets me scan checkpoints, which does me no good--I'm
not going to run that puppy on my machine again, it was
hard enough to clean off the first time.

MS may want to consider making such a submission capability
available.
